Sarah Sillers started Faith-First Singles because Genesis 2:18 still rings true: “It is not good that the man should be alone.” 

Today roughly 40% of U.S. Christians ages 30-49 are single (Pew Research), and like so many of us, I grew tired of endless swiping and dating apps that never quite lined up with my faith. 

Stop swiping! Jesus calls us to real, in-person family, not isolation. That’s why Faith-First exists: joyful, intentional events where genuine believers meet face-to-face with Him unmistakably first. 

No apps, just real connections. Because “not good” is not God’s final word over your story—and I’m here to help change the statistic, one faith-first spark at a time. Join us.

FAQ's

What age range is the January 18th mixer?
This one is specifically for 30s–40s (30–49). We’ll have other mixers for 50s-60s soon — stay tuned!
Are you promising I’ll meet “the one” or leave in a relationship?
Nope — we’re promising a joyful, Jesus-centered night with 40–60 genuine believers. Some people make lifelong friends, some start dating, and a few get married down the road… but we’re here to honor God and end isolation, not guarantee a ring that night.
Will there be an even number of men and women?
Yes. We cap registration at the same number for each gender and close whichever side fills first. That’s why tickets disappear fast!
How do I register as a man or as a woman?
During checkout you’ll choose “Register as Male” or “Register as Female” and fill out a short form (name, email, phone, etc). This helps us keep balance and quality high.
What exactly are “Guided 3-Minute Connections”?
Structured, faith-first conversation prompts — no awkward silence or small talk. 
What if I’m nervous or introverted?
Most people are! We have a host who keeps everything warm and easy, plus optional ice-breaker cards rooted in Scripture on every table.
Is alcohol served?
Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Alcohol is available for purchase if desired (most people stick to mocktails).
What happens after the mixer?
You’ll fill out a simple Match Request Card. Within 48 hours you’ll get a private report with the names/numbers of anyone who felt mutual interest (and anyone you’re interested in).
