What ages do you serve for matchmaking?
Ages 25+ (most clients are 30–60 range). We focus on serious Christian singles ready for faith-aligned, marriage-minded connections. Elite attracts driven professionals ready for covenant marriage.
Is this service nationwide?
No — Elite Membership Matchmaking is available only in the Knoxville, TN area. Our basic Membership is nationwide for self-guided resources.
Is this only for never-married?
No — we welcome divorced, widowed, or never-married Christian singles. Everyone deserves a fresh start rooted in God's grace.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
We have a 6-month minimum commitment for Elite. After that, you can cancel anytime, but we don't offer refunds for completed months. We're committed to your success and will work with you to make it right.
Process & Onboarding
What is the step-by-step process after I apply?
1. Fill out our quick application form (takes <3 minutes).
2. If shortlisted, Sarah will personally review and schedule a discovery call to ensure fit.
3. If accepted, make your initial payment to reserve your spot.
4. Schedule your first 1:1 onboarding coaching call with Sarah (via email link – we'll coordinate a time that works for you).
5. During onboarding, we'll discuss your intake questionnaire and preferences.
6. Then, relax and wait for your priority matches — introductions start rolling in monthly!
How soon after onboarding do I get my first match?
Typically within 2–4 weeks for Elite memebers, depending on your preferences and our vetted pool. We prioritize quality over speed to ensure God-aligned connections.
What happens if I don't get matches right away?
Matches aren't guaranteed monthly (we focus on the right fit, not volume), but you get unlimited priority introductions as long as you're an active Elite member. In the meantime, enjoy full access to 1:1 coaching, exclusive events, resources, and community.

Are matches guaranteed?
No guarantees on the number or timing of matches — we curate based on compatibility and prayerful discernment. But as a VIP member, you get unlimited introductions tailored just for you, with no cap on potential connections.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — after your initial 6-month commitment, cancel anytime by emailing coach@sarahsillers.com. No hard feelings — we'll pray for your continued journey!
What if I'm shy or new to dating?
That's why we're here! Elite includes personalized 1:1 coaching, gentle onboarding, and ongoing feedback to build your confidence. Many members start nervous and end up thriving.
Is this safe and private?
Yes — your safety and privacy are top priorities. We handle every client with the utmost professionalism and discretion. All interactions and personal details are kept strictly confidential, with no public profiles or shared information outside of carefully curated, mutual introductions. While we do not conduct formal background checks or sex offender database searches, we vet applicants through in-depth intake conversations and prayerful discernment to ensure a community of genuine, faith-first Christian singles. We encourage members to use wisdom, meet in public places initially, and share only what feels comfortable as relationships develop.
Can I join the basic Membership and upgrade later?
Yes! Start with Membership for nationwide access to resources, then apply to upgrade to Elite if you're in Knoxville and ready for white-glove matchmaking and coaching.
